Fukuoka - Random photos

Fukuoka, originally called Hakata, consists of several areas: one, the older part with the international ferry port and Shinkansen station, is still called Hakata. Next to it is Chuo Ward which encompasses another part of the port as well as Ohori Park and Maizuru Park. The city centre with the entertainment districts is actually at the border of the two wards, with Nakasu in Hakata and Tenjin in Chuo. Fukuoka Tower and Momochi Beach are in Sawara Ward. Confusing? Never mind! Here are some random photos from all these places.
