Free view of the Tokyo skyline from the Metropolitan Government Office in Shinjuku

Some of the best views you can have of the Tokyo skyline, and Mt Fuji, is from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building in Shinjuku - and it is free! So even if I visited it last time, I went again to see Tokyo from above. The building consists of a pair of twin towers, with an observation desk on one of the upper floors in each. I believe the southern tower offers a better view, as you can see Yoyogi Park (home to the Meiji Shrine) in full. But Mount Fuji, this time, remained hidden in the clouds.
