Popayán - Colombia's 'White City'

It seems every Andean country has a "White City", although not all of them are that white. Sucre in Bolivia is, but Arequipa in Peru is not really. In Ecuador Ibarra is called the White City, but I didn't visit it so I can't have an opinion about its colour. Popayán in Colombia, however, is indeed white. It is another beautiful Andean city with beautiful historic architecture and a laid-back atmosphere. Unfortunately I didn't have much time so I only spent a few hours there on my way to San Agustín. I started in Medellín, taking a long overnight trip and passing through Cali, where the only thing I saw was the Hells Angels club. I wasn't sure if I can make it the same day to San Agustín as I didn't find any useful information about transport, but, as it turned out, there are several buses every day.
